Cancellation Policy

Please take a moment to read the following before booking your Beauty Service. Please come with your hair free of ANY PRODUCTS. Products will be added at the end of service. I only provide braiding hair in the colors of (1,1b,2,&4). You must provide hair for Crochet Styles, Spring Twist or Passion Twist. A $25-$50 Retainer fee is required to book your appointment. The service fee goes towards your total service amount. You are allowed 1 rescheduled appointment with your retainer fee. If you need to reschedule again a new deposit will have to be paid and you will need to re-book. Please be on time for your appointment. I do understand things happen, however I will allow a 10 min grace period from appointment time. If 10 mins has passed, I have the right to reschedule your appointment for a later date and time. No Call/No show appointments will not be able to reschedule without payment in full first. Please be sure to select all services needed for your appointment. No add-ons allowed day of your appointment.
